Welcome to the Motörhead Store. We aim to process and deliver your orders as efficiently as possible. Please review the information below for shipping times, delivery estimates, international orders, and special shipping requirements.

Order Processing

Orders containing in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Orders containing pre-order items are generally shipped within 1–3 business days after the item arrives at the shipping warehouse or reaches its scheduled release date.

Shipping may take slightly longer during U.S. holidays or periods of high order volume.

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order. Once an order has been processed, the shipping address may not be changed.

U.S. Shipping

U.S. orders may be shipped through USPS or FedEx, depending on the shipping method selected and the items ordered.

USPS delivery typically takes 3–10 business days after shipment. FedEx delivery times vary depending on the service selected.

Shipping times shown during checkout are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other circumstances.

If your order has not arrived, please contact Customer Service within 60 days of purchase.

International Shipping

International orders typically arrive within 2–4 weeks, although delivery may take up to 6 weeks depending on the destination, carrier, customs, and other factors.

Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees charged by their country.

If duties or taxes are refused and the package is returned, shipping and handling charges may not be refunded.

If an international order has not arrived, please contact Customer Service within 60 days of purchase.

Print-on-Demand Shipping

Some Motörhead merchandise is produced specifically for your order and ships separately from other items.

Print-on-demand products are typically shipped within 5 business days. Most U.S. orders arrive within approximately 10 days, while international orders may take up to 21 days.

Tracking information will be provided when the order ships.

Print-on-demand orders are final sale and cannot be cancelled or returned. Replacements may be available for damaged prints.

Delivery Issues

Orders are considered delivered when the shipping carrier confirms delivery to the address provided at checkout.

Motörhead Store is not responsible for orders that are not received because an incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided.

For undeliverable packages returned to the store, shipping and handling charges may not be refunded, and the order may not be automatically reshipped.

Lost or Damaged Orders

If your Motörhead order arrives damaged, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible with your order details and photos of the damaged item and packaging.

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your household, neighbors, and local carrier first. If the package is still missing, contact Customer Service within 60 days of purchase so we can assist you.
